Terrible customer service! I had an overpriced eye exam and bought contacts through them to get a $20 discount. Now I wish I'd never had to deal with them in the first place. My first order never arrived due to their mistake. They then created a second order promising it in a week, but after more than two weeks of waiting it also failed to be fulfilled! All in all, after waiting for my contacts for over a month, all they could offer me was a refund. Extremely frustrated with their incompetence! Avoid this store!
